I use a variety of manual techniques including neuromuscular & deep tissue massage, myofascial dynamic cupping, and myofascial trigger point release. The Clinical Myotherapy approach considers the type of injury or pathology, the stage of healing and the individual client's regular activities to address the presenting issue. Clinical Myotherapy offers interventions beyond manual therapies to achieve optimal outcomes for patients. Through a thorough assessment and measurement of progress, the patient is able to better understand their condition, and have deeper input to their own recovery.  I am particularly interested in hand and wrist injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. I am also very passionate about helping creatives return to the activity after injury.
